Sunday morning Nov 7, 2010 - After HoJo's continental breakfast, we took free bus to Universal Orlando and walked through Universal City Walk to Universal Islands of Adventure. We headed straight for the back where the new Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey ride was the only really long wait we had. About 40 minutes. It was wonderfully done and well-worth it. In hindsight, we'd break up into two singles, which would cut waiting time dramatically. You get thrown in with another group, but who cares? You're watching the ride.
Nearby was Dragon Challenge roller coasters which we took. I didn't understand the longer waiting line for front row, but if you are into being scared, I bet it's worth the wait. Dragon Challenge has two tracks with two coasters rolling out at the same time and passing towards or past one another in near collisions...which only the front row really sees.
For no apparent reason, we watched the Frog Choir, a group of 5 singers, very enjoyable. We also saw Triwizard Spirit Rally with guys (Durmstrang) doing fight moves and girls (Beauxbatons) doing baton-streamer dancing. I give it a 2.
More importantly, Deb got a spigot Apple Beer - which is a really good creamy cream soda, and I got a pumpkin drink - in a bottle. Water, pear juice, pumpkin extract, clove taste, and tasty. Somehow, we weren't charged the $6 for my drink. Didn't even know it until 20 minutes later.

01 Nov 5/6 2010 Deb arrives
Jet Blue got Deb to WPB from JFK (cheaper than LaGuardia)
We went straight to Darcy Nursing Home seeing mom and dad.
Dad's hand still swolen badly, and legs and feet VERY badly.
Deb had long conversation.
Mom alert, knew Deb. Talked.
We ate at Pollo Tropical.
And went to Jody's where Deb stayed the night. Linda was away, babysitting in Atlanta for Jay and Rachel who had gone to Rome. with upgrade to First Class compliments of friend of Jason.
Next am, I picked star fruit and get to Jody's at 9:15. Deb ready to go to Green Market. Enjoyed. Swapped star fruit for tomatoes and red peppers, and some green beans.
Bought almond and spinach and tomato/goat cheese croissants (3 different kinds).
Breakfast at Green's Pharmacy in Palm Beach. Eggs over easy, bacon, rye bread, Deb didn't like coffee...she was right. But I usually like it.
Took Deb to Jody's for nap. I skipped Mount's semi-annual plant sale!! I did laundry. Other errands. Showered, and went to pick up Deb for 2 1/2 hour drive to Orlando.
Howard Johnson's on Int'l Drive... adequate and cheap. And has shuttle.
Dinner at Trey Yeun's - no dim sum (only lunch), but shared poopoo platter.
Ready for next day at Universal. Ethiopian restaurant visible on neighboring property! Crowded at 9:30! Unusual. Went in.

New York Times Review
This restaurant offers breakfast at an old-fashioned lunch counter. Afterward, pick up candy buttons and other long-forgotten stuff.
Frommer's Review
This neighborhood pharmacy offers one of the best meal deals in Palm Beach. Both breakfast and lunch are served coffee-shop style, either at a Formica bar or at tables on a black-and-white checkerboard floor. Breakfast specials include eggs and omelets served with home fries and bacon, sausage, or corned-beef hash. The grill serves burgers and sandwiches, as well as ice-cream sodas and milkshakes, to a loyal crowd of pastel-clad Palm Beachers.
